This course allows the student to learn how to draw with a shaped infusion of milk foam into the espresso. The course is designed for baristas with at least amateur experience. The course is mostly practical, so most of the time you will spend working with the espresso machine, milk and infusion.

  • Types of latte art (pitching, etching, combined)
  • Factors influencing latte art
  • Practice (online). Basic drawings: heart, tulip, rosette.
  • Practice (online): Medium difficulty drawings: inverted tulip, inverted tulip with rosette, tulip in a circle, way to the heart.
  • Practice (online). Difficult drawings: swan, two-winged swan, fire bird, flower, rabbit, simple Gorynych, angel, squirrel. (Performed only after basic and medium difficulty drawings have been done).
